A qualified miller and food technologist, Don holds a BSc degree in Flour Milling Operations and Administration  from Kansas State University (“Go Wildcats”) .

He joined Seaboard in 1977 and worked in flour mills at Kansas City-Missouri, Jacksonville-Florida, Chattanooga-Tennessee, Guyaquil_Ecuador and Guanica-Puerto Rico  before coming to Guyana in December 1997.  He is a member of the Association of Operative Millers, American Association  of Cereal Chemists and Rotary International.

Don would answer any queries you may have on milling, grain discharge and storage and any problem you may encounter in relation to Namilco.

Mr. Sukhai joined Namilco in September 1994. He previously worked for Revenue Canada in the Taxation and Customs and Excise Departments. A Professional accountant, Mr. Sukhai obtained his FCCA (Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountant) and his CGA (Certified General Accountant of Ontario) designations in the United Kingdom and Canada respectively.

Bert would answer any queries on sales and deliveries, accounting, procurement or any problem you may encounter in relation to Namilco.

 Our longest serving management employee, Dale joined Seaboard in 1975  and worked in Nigeria before coming to Guyana in 1986.  Dale ensures that the mill runs efficiently with minimum downtime and flour is always available for sale. He worked closely with the local and overseas engineers in the construction of the silos and the small packaging and mixing plant and the re-tooling of the mill.

Anastasia Ally – Quality Control Technologist

 Anastasia joined Namilco in 1997.  She holds a first degree in Chemistry from the University of Guyana.

Any aspect of quality control should be addressed to her. She was directly associated with the formulation of Maid Marian Self Rising Flour and Roti Mix.

Autamaran Lakeram – Accountant

Lake joined Namilco in 1997 and he supervises the Accounts Department. Lake is available to take your orders and handle payments and receipts.

Sumintra Persaud – Sales Supervisor

Sue supervises the Sales Office and ensures that you are invoiced in a timely manner.

Lawrence Cameron – Stores Supervisor

Lawrence ensures there are adequate supplies of spares to run the mill. He is our sports coordinator and is always interested in organizing events between Namilco and other clubs.

Gokarn Ramdhani– Warehouse Supervisor

Gokarn is our main contact with customers. He is in charge of ensuring the correct quantities of flour and feed are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

Khemraj Sagar – Internal Auditor

Khemraj joined Namilco in 2000 and has made improvements in key areas. He is the company’s eyes and ears and is depended upon to highlight weaknesses in our systems.
